Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Any arrivals past those 10 minutes will be considered a no show, charged a 20% fee and the appointment will be canceled.
